01 The studio

An independent
studio for AI and
B2B marketing.

Forty-eight operators — strategists, writers, designers, engineers, ML engineers, automation specialists, media planners. No holding company. No timesheets billed in six-minute increments. Just a shared conviction that most B2B teams are buying tools when they should be building systems.

Why we exist.

Finyki started in 2016 after three of us left holding-company agencies at roughly the same time and for roughly the same reason. We'd been promoted into rooms where the creative work was presented like a weather report — confident, generic, and immediately forgotten.

The founders and CMOs on the other side of the table didn't need more slideware. They needed people who'd read their 10-K, sat through their sales calls, and had a real opinion about what the company should stand for. So we started building that studio.

In 2023 we added a second pillar: an AI automation practice led by former RevOps operators and ML engineers. Because a sharper brand is worth less every quarter if the machine underneath it is held together by copy-paste. Today our strategists and our automation engineers are on the same kickoff calls — arguing, occasionally, but always building the same thing.

We're independent, still able to turn down work that isn't a fit. We write every proposal ourselves. We never put a junior on an account as billable cover. And we publish our NPS whether it's flattering or not.

How we work.

One team, not a pod assembly. Every engagement is staffed by people who'll still be there at launch. The strategist who wrote your narrative sits in the agent review. The ML engineer who trained your scoring model joins the website QA.

Senior by default. The average Finyki operator has ten years in. Our juniors shadow — they don't sit in for seniors on calls. You pay for the people on the call; we pay for the people learning behind them.

You own the systems. Every agent, workflow, and model we ship is fully documented and handed over — prompts, evals, logs, deploys. No vendor lock-in, no "contact us to export." If you fire us tomorrow your team can keep operating the work.

Transparent economics. Every engagement ships with a shared budget tracker. You can see where the hours are going in real time, what's trending over, and what we'd cut first. Surprise invoices are a trust failure, full stop.

Quarterly publishing. We write about the work, publicly — anonymized when we have to, named when partners let us. It keeps us honest and keeps the craft sharp.

We hire slowly. Most of our openings come from someone on the team already knowing the person we eventually hire. If that's not you, introduce yourself with something you've made — not a resume.
