The Site is operated by Finyki Digital Studio, LLC ("Finyki", "we", "our"), a Delaware limited liability company with offices in Brooklyn, Austin, and Amsterdam.
The Site
The Site exists to describe our services and publish our field notes. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; engagements are formed only under a mutually-signed Statement of Work.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — copy, design, code, visuals, blog posts — is owned by Finyki Digital Studio, LLC or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish or reuse substantial portions without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site.
- Scrape Site content at volume without permission.
- Submit malicious code, files, or payloads through contact forms.
- Impersonate anyone from our team.
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law.
Contact submissions
When you submit a form or email us, you grant us permission to use the contents to respond and — if appropriate — to retain the record in our internal CRM. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. If that's the conversation you want to have, we'll sign an NDA first.
Services
If you engage us for a project, the engagement is governed by a mutually-signed Statement of Work. The service descriptions, timelines, engagement shapes, and outcomes shown on the Site are representative examples, not contractual commitments.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Follow third-party links at your own discretion.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our blog posts describe opinions and patterns we've observed; they are not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finyki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability under or in connection with the Site, if any, is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100 USD).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY.
