What is AI workflow automation?

Software that connects your tools, moves data, and takes actions automatically — using AI for the parts that need judgement (qualifying a free-text enquiry, extracting fields from a scanned document, summarising an alert) and deterministic logic for the parts that don't. How is it different from RPA or a chatbot?

Traditional RPA is rules-only — it breaks when input changes. A chatbot answers questions but doesn't act. AI workflow automation reads messy input, decides, acts across your systems, and knows when to escalate to a human. We use deterministic plumbing where rules fit and AI where they don't.

Yes — bilingual is a default design constraint, not a translation layer. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform so it scales and stays compliant. The system responds in the language the customer used, grounded in the same source of truth.

How does it handle UAE PDPL, DIFC, or ADGM compliance?

We scope the regime at kickoff — federal PDPL, DIFC DP Law, or ADGM DP Regs depending on where your entity sits — and design data residency, consent, and audit trail into the system. In-region deployment by default; personal data doesn't leave the boundary without an explicit agreement.
