What an AI automation
agency actually costs.

No public rate card pretends to know your scope. But you shouldn't have to book a call just to learn how an agency charges. Here's exactly how Finyki prices, what moves the number, and what you walk away owning.

  • How we bill Fixed-scope, not hourly
  • First build live in 2–3 weeks
  • What you own Everything — no lock-in
01 Engagement models

Three ways to work
with us.

Most AI automation agencies bill hourly, fixed-scope, or on retainer. We do the last two — because an open-ended hourly meter is bad for both of us.

01 · Start here

Scoping sprint

For larger or fuzzy problems: a short, paid sprint where we map the workflow, quantify the hours it's eating, and hand back an architecture plus a fixed quote for the build. De-risks everything before you commit.

  • Days, not weeks
  • Fixed quote out
  • Credited to the build
02 · Most common

Fixed-scope build

The first agent or workflow, priced as a fixed project — you approve the number before we start. Usually live in 2–3 weeks, shipped into your stack, documented, and handed to your team to own. A first production system is typically SGD 20k–80k.

  • SGD 20k–80k
  • 2–3 weeks
  • You own the output
03 · Ongoing

Build partnership

After the first win, most teams move to a monthly retainer: a rolling roadmap of automations, agents, and improvements, scoped to the work each month — typically SGD 5k–20k depending on volume. Cancel-friendly — it earns its keep or it ends.

  • SGD 5k–20k / month
  • Roadmap of builds
  • No long lock-in
02 What drives the price

Six things that move the number.

Two builds that sound identical can price very differently. Here's what actually swings the quote — so you can ballpark your own before we ever talk.

03 How an engagement runs

From "how much?"
to live in weeks.

Step 01Free

Scoping call

30 minutes. We pressure-test the use case and tell you honestly whether it's worth building — and whether we're the right studio for it.

Step 02Fixed

Quote & plan

A one-page scope with a single fixed price. No hourly estimates that balloon. You approve before anything is built.

Step 032–3 wks

Build & ship

We build in your stack, shadow-run against the manual process, and go live once the outputs hold up.

Step 04Yours

Handover

Prompts, evals, code, runbooks, and access transferred. You own it. Continue solo, or move to a retainer.

04 What you own

You buy a system,
not a subscription to us.

The reason "what does it cost?" is the wrong question on its own: a cheap build you can't own gets expensive fast. Everything we ship is yours.

A

No per-seat lock-in to us

We're not SaaS. There's no per-user fee flowing to Finyki forever. You pay for the build (and your own model/API and tooling bills) — that's it.

B

Runs on your infrastructure

It lives in your cloud, your accounts, your data perimeter. Sovereignty and PDPA stay intact; nothing critical is trapped on our side.

C

Your team can extend it

Documented prompts, evals, architecture, and runbooks — so your people can debug and grow it at 2am without us on the phone.

05 Pricing FAQ

The questions buyers
actually ask.

How much does an AI automation agency cost in 2026?

It depends on scope, but credible agencies generally work one of three ways: hourly / time-and-materials, fixed-scope projects, or monthly retainers. Finyki prices most engagements as fixed-scope builds, so you approve the number before any work starts. A first production system is typically SGD 20k–80k, with monthly operate-and-improve retainers from SGD 5k–20k depending on volume and eval complexity. We scope before we quote — book a scoping call for a fixed number.

Do you charge hourly or a fixed price?

Fixed price for defined builds — you approve the scope and the number up front, with no open-ended hourly meter. Iterative and ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer instead of billable hours.

What is your minimum engagement?

We focus on builds substantial enough to pay for themselves — a first production system typically starts around SGD 20k. If your need is smaller than that, we'll say so and point you to a lighter option rather than take the work.

Do you offer monthly retainers?

Yes. Once the first build ships, most clients move to a monthly build partnership — typically SGD 5k–20k per month depending on volume and eval complexity — for a rolling roadmap of automations and agents.

Are there ongoing license or per-seat fees to Finyki?

No. We build on your own infrastructure and hand over the prompts, evals, and code — you own it outright, with no per-seat SaaS lock-in to us. You still pay your own model/API and tooling bills directly.

How fast can you ship?

A first workflow or agent is usually live in 2–3 weeks, then handed to your team to own and extend.

Do you offer a paid pilot?

Yes. For larger or uncertain scopes we can start with a short, paid scoping sprint that de-risks the build and produces a fixed quote for the full engagement.
