Marketing & AI for
professional services firms.

We run thought leadership, BD programs, and AI automation for law firms, accounting practices, management consultancies, and advisory firms — the ones selling billable hours into a market where every hour is a client decision. Privileged work stays private; branded work compounds.

Professional services compound on reputation, not MQLs.

Your firm wins by compounding two things: partner reputation in the market (thought leadership, BD) and partner leverage inside the firm (associate time, non-billable compression). Marketing handles the first; AI handles the second. We do both, and we do them as one program because they feed each other.

The firms that win compound through leverage — more partner time on client conversations and BD, more associate time on judgment work, less time on the admin that nobody wants to do and nobody wants to pay for.

Finyki is remote-first, with teams across Singapore and the United States. We respect privilege boundaries, sign NDAs that match your client-confidentiality language, and won't train models on matter data without explicit firm-level consent.

02 What we run in Professional Services

Service shapes across marketing
and AI, tuned to firm economics.

Every engagement scopes against billable / non-billable time and against partner-reputation surface — both compound leverage.

01 · Thought leadership

Partner-authored content & programs

Thought-leadership programs built on your partners' actual practice work. We run the editorial calendar, the interview process, and the distribution — your partners get authorship, not ghostwriting shame.

02 · BD & ABM

Pursuit & target-account intelligence

Named-account ABM targeting the firms and in-house counsel actually in scope. LinkedIn, event, and referral-program activation scoped against the partner's book, not a generic ICP.

03 · Website

Firm brand & practice-group platform

Website and brand platform that respects firm hierarchy — partner bios, practice-group pages, sector credentials — with the SEO discipline to rank for the matters you actually want.

04 · Intake AI

Matter & engagement intake copilots

Structured intake capturing the decision, counterparty, jurisdiction, and conflict-check surface in one intake, not four back-and-forths. Drafts the engagement letter your partner edits.

05 · Research AI

Legal & regulatory research agents

Retrieval-augmented research over your firm's precedent library plus jurisdictional sources. Citation-first; every assertion traceable. Force multiplier for associates, not a replacement.

06 · Drafting AI

First-draft document automation

Proposal drafts, advisory memos, and client communications in your firm voice — with the eval harness that ensures output won't embarrass the partner who signs it.

Why most professional-services agencies plateau.

Partner content with no partner voice. A ghostwritten thought-leadership piece in generic LLM tone is worse than no piece — it erodes the partner reputation it was meant to build. We interview partners, capture voice, and build frameworks that preserve it.

Ethical walls treated as an afterthought. A pilot that moves matter data to an external API without privilege analysis is a risk event. We default to private deployments for privileged content; external models only for non-privileged work with clear DPAs.

BD disconnected from the partner book. A generic ABM program aimed at 'mid-market law buyers' converts nothing. BD compounds when it pursues the targets the partner actually has relationships and precedent for.

The economics didn't work. Training-data cost for bespoke firm-voice models can exceed automation benefit for small firms. We size ROI up-front against your actual billable model; if it doesn't pay back in 12 months, we tell you.

How an engagement usually starts.

Week 0 — Scoping call (free). Forty-five minutes on your call, not ours. You describe the workflow that's bleeding time, the demand program that's plateaued, or the system that's stuck. We tell you which lever is the right first move, and roughly what shape the engagement would take.

Week 1 — Written scope. A one-page scope with the specific agent, workflow, or marketing program, the success metrics, the eval or measurement plan, and the cost. No 60-slide proposal.

Weeks 2–6 — Build. You see working output by the end of week 2, iterated weekly. Evals, analytics, or campaigns run against real production data from week 3. Your team joins the build reviews.

Week 6+ — Handover & operate. Full documentation ships to your repo, your CRM, your ad accounts. Your team runs it. We stay on for operate-and-improve retainer if you want us — many clients keep us for 18+ months. Many don't. Both are fine.

04 Questions Professional Services teams ask

Usually in this order.

Do you handle both marketing and AI for firms?

Yes. Thought leadership, BD / ABM, and firm websites on the marketing side; matter intake, research agents, and first-draft drafting on the AI side. The two compound — BD pipelines feed the AI workflow that frees partner time, which compounds BD.

How do you handle privilege and client confidentiality?

Default deployment is private — your firm's infrastructure, your IAM, no model training on privileged content. Non-privileged work (BD, marketing KM) may use Anthropic or OpenAI with enterprise contracts.

Can AI draft a legal document or advisory memo?

First draft, yes. Final output leaving the firm, always partner-reviewed. We scope the drafting surface to match your firm's quality framework.

Do you ghost-write partner content?

We refuse pure ghostwriting. We interview partners, capture voice, and build frameworks they can extend — but the byline belongs to a partner who actually practices in that area, not a marketing team.

Do you work with solo practitioners or only larger firms?

Our economics work at around 20+ fee earners. Below that, the return on bespoke systems is borderline; we'll usually recommend off-the-shelf tooling.

How do conflicts and ethical walls work in an LLM system?

Retrieval gated by the same conflict-check and access-matrix rules your DMS enforces — not by a prompt. Ethical-wall compliance is a system-design constraint, not a post-hoc filter.

What's the ROI on this for a firm?

On common use cases we typically see 15–25% non-billable-time reduction at the associate level, 5–10% billable-leverage lift at partner level, plus measurable BD pipeline lift from the thought-leadership / ABM pairing. We size up-front against your data.
